All drawings (as necessary) have notes detailing accessory placement, design notes for the contractor and descriptions of special features that may be difficult to interpret based on just a drawing. | This client had a good size area for the kitchen but a lot of wasted space do to the original island configuration and had a poor layout with a pennisula which caused a lot of congestion in the kitchen. We opened the plan even further and increased the size of the island and changed its shape plus we eliminated the pennisula. These changes created a much better traffic flow in and around the kitchen. |
